On June 30 annual meeting of ALROSA shareholders will be held. At the meeting Russian and Yakutian share holders would discuss property questions. According to Yakutia newspaper Vyacheslav Shtyrov said, "There've already been arguments among our share holders and we had to compromise. We reached an agreement on the amendments to the company status." The paper reports that in accordance with President's directive Federal Property Minister is to visit Yakutsk to study ALROSA situation. At the same time there is a meeting under "Don't let them get ALROSA" motto.
