North-Western bank of the Sberbank of Russia significantly lowers the prices for memorial palladium coins. As it was reported to the " Business News Agency " in press service of this financial institution , nowadays bank holds 23 kinds of memorial palladium coins ( on the whole there were 26 kinds of coins produced by the State Bank of USSR and the Bank of Russian since 1988).

Since 1995 the bank of Russia stooped the minting of palladium coins, so one may well suggest that these coins may become a rarity.
