A group of Canadian businessman arrives in Moscow on Monday, 27th of May on invitation of JSC ALROSA.

The purpose of this visit is to discuss the issues of mutual cooperation, attraction of investors in order to bring to life strategic plans of the company and a visit some of ALROSA's sites in Yakutia.

This group of Canadian elite business circles consists of the representatives of the mining, geophysical, constructing, marketing and communication companies, such as Advanced Geo Technologies (AGT), Arkbro Industries, Beltel, Boart Longyear GmbH, Breaker Technology Inc., Cubex Ltd., Export Development Canada, Gemcom, Geosoft, HATCH, Nordic Mine Technology Inc., SNC and others.

Nowadays there are already several contracts signed amongst ALROSA and various Canadian companies as well as partly organised delivery of geophysical equipment for the sum of 4,5 million USD.

The visit would last four days, including visits to Yakutsk, Udachny, Aikhal and Mirny.
