On May 23 at the meeting of State Duma Committee on Property a draft of "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Licencing of Severl Types of Activities" by RF Government was reconsiderd. Government representative - Head Deputy of Finance Ministry Alexander Maslov stated the need for amending and text perfection for thesecond reading.

Deputies unanimously stated the need for reduction of licenced types of activities and recommended that the State should pass it in the first reading.

The committe declined the draft by Federation Council member Yuri Yakovlev as it was a mistake to refuse form privatisation type of rent as it has been rent which has allowed to launch a new type of economy in Russia and to develop it .
