Russia will not start official talks with De Beers until the single position is worked out. ALROSA's Vice President Sergei Ulin said the members of Supervisory committee Russia-De Beers discussed questions "related to preparation for the talks on Russia-De Beers trade agreement", Interfax reported. Directives on the future agreement are worked out by interdepartment committee headed by Vice-Premier Alexei Kudrin.
