This was announced by the local authorities of Kostroma at the meeting discussing organization issues of the forthcoming "The Golden Ring of Russia" festival at the end of June. This year's event is expected to attract a wide visitors and participants audience not only from nearby regions, but from Urals, Siberia and Far East.

According to the Organizing Committee this will allow to avoid last year's lack of PR, and to present all areas of Russian jewellery craftsmanship in including individual jewellers, putting all effort towards making Kostroma a jewellery capital of the Central Russia.
