N e w s APRIL 23, 2001  Currently Developed Decree of President of RF Will Allow RF Government Determine Export Quota Allocations of Precious Metals and Gemstones for a Term Up to 5 Years Currently developed decree of President of Russia will empower RF Government to determine export quotas for a term up to 5 years. ÀÊ&Ì informs with reference to Head Deputy of Finance Ministry, Head of Gokhran of Russia Valery Rudakov. At present export quotas are annually determined by Government. According to the analysts, observing such an order it is difficult to predict export volume and it destablises prices of world precious metal and gemstone exchanges.
