Deputy of Minister of Finance Valery Rudakov was appointed official representative of the Russian Federation at shareholders meeting of Almazy Rossii - Sakha (ALROSA Company) and manage shares owned by the State.

RIA Novosti was informed in the Department of Governmental Information that he was nominated by Ministry of Property in coordination with Ministry of Finance.

Ministry of Property of Russia is to issue a letter of attorney and provide Valery Rudakov with all necessary instructions, Department of Governmental Information said.
