RF Government passed the decree that states "Regulation on Licencing Wholesale and Retail of Jewellery, Precious Metals and Gemstones". DGI informed Strana.ru that this decree specifies on cost of licence issuing, its prolonging and reissuing. The regulation will act until Federal Law "On Licencing" is issued.
