Second all-Russian conference "Professional Jewellery Associations. Building Future Together" opened in Moscow on Thursday. According to RIA Novosti correspondent it gathered representatives of jewellery wholesale and jewellery retailers - members of recently established National Association of Jewellery Trade.

Questions of current legislation as well as investment attracting problems, methods of fighting illegal jewellery turnover, import-export procedures of precious metals and gemstones.

According to the members of the conference the newly established organisation has already influenced the industry situation. The primary goal of the organisation is to promote Russian jewellers and their goods. The first steps are far more than encouraging - they touched jewellers and trade industry - members of the association decided to uncover the curtain and show their business.

The association will act openly on the basis of a programme which is aimed at development of professional and brand new methods in business.
