Non-residents branch establishments or joint-ventures registered in Russia as well as Russian enterprises will be allowed to participate in the competition of Sukhozhilskoye deposit development, AK&M informs citing first Head Deputy of Irkutskaya Oblast Nikolai Melnikov. Local authorities suppose the competition to be announced in April.
