Gornoaltaizoloto is planning to use whole leaching when working off gold deposits. Altaisky Krai is one of the oldest gold producing regions of the country. Geological surveys state that the most promising is a part of Kuznetsko-Altaisky metallogenic belt. Resources are estimated at 744 t of ore gold and 8 t of gravel gold. The following regions are considered to be the most rich in gold - Baschelak-Anuisky ore region (347 t), Rudno-Altaisky region (263 t), Charishky region (134 t).

Project includes also construction of open-cut mine, enriching factory, purchasing equipment, machines from Russian and CIS manufacturers. Capacity volume is 3500 kg of gold a year. Total cost of the project is 1.75 bn rubles.
