Manager of the Presidents Affairs Vladimir Kozhin presented to home and foreign investors a new project of Kremlyovsky Federal Complex. The cost is estimated at $160 mln, Interfax informs. Developers think that by reconstruction of Sredniye Torgoviye Ryady building (at Krasnaya Ploschad 5) a new multifunctional building be erected. It will house Luxe class hotel, Precious metals and gemstones exchange, Jewellery Art Centre, Exhibit and auction halls as well as show cases of the well-known trade companies and banks. "Another project of such an amount will not be possible in future due to the lack of space", project establishers say.
