The Moscow Arbitrary Court proved legal sale of 37.9% of shares of Norilskaya Gornaya Kompania to Interros Group. On April 5 court dismissed claim by FCSM.

Within a framework of restructurisation program RAO Norilsky Nickel sold 37,900 shares of its branch NGK company to Interros Group and received 100% of share in Interros-Prom. The deal was concluded under the decision of Norilsk Nickel General Director. According to FCSM the deal was under jurisdiction of RAO shareholders meeting.
