On March 28, 2003, the president of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) Vyacheslav Shtyrov visited the "Almazy Anabara" Company. During the visit the president emphasized that the company is working and developing successfully. One of the principal tasks of the company set by the president is geological exploration and further exploitation of Anabarsky and Olekminsky uluses areas.
