A meeting of the shareholders of JSC "Severalmaz" will take place today in Archangelsk. Agenda of the meeting covers the change of the share proportion of JC held by the Russia's diamond monopolist "ALROSA", a new structure of the Supervision Council and economic data of Lomonosov ores.

As it was reported earlier, on February 13th the Supervision Council of JSC "Severalmaz" have reviewed new candidates for the Council's new structure and issued a list for further elections to the Council.

JSC "Soglasie" withdrawn its shares and now "ALROSA" owns 71,9 % shares of JSC "Severalmaz".
