Recultivation of Lands Spoilt by Gold Production in Komi
Intageo Company of Intinsk won the right for recultivation of lands spoilt during gold production. According to Ministry of Natural Resources of the Republic this project will be implemented within the state order of survey program.
Total volume of space to be be recultivated is 103 hectares and recultivation is expected to be finished by 2002.
Another project is aimed at improving survey of gold at Western Ural Territories will be accomplished by Mireko. By 2004 when the work is be finished the approximate estimation of gravel gold , diamonds and other mineral resources will be given. Komi republic allocated 10 mln rubles to this projects.
