130 kg of Amber Seized at Russia's Border with Luthiania
BNS was informed by press service of territorically independant part of North-Western Customs Office that amber hidden in "Audi-100" was seized from the local inhabitant at "Kurshskaya Kosa" border zone. The smuggler wanted to sell amber in Lithuania
2 more kg of jewellery were seized from Kaliningrad inhabitant in Mamonovo border zone. Wearing jewellery under his sweater he was trying to smuggle them to Poland. Amber pendants, bracelets and brooches were seized from another local resident. All of them will have to pay fine of 100% the price of goods.
