What Do Women Prefer to Get As a Present
According to the results of sociological survey hold in Moscow on the eve of the 8th of March 46% of Russian women would like to get flowers as a present, 16% - perfumes, 11% - sweets, chocolate or cake, Ekho Moskvy says with referrance to Interfax.
9% of women would like to get jewellery, 8% - money, 5% - clothes and underwear, 5% - household appliancies, the rest - a ticket for the concerto or invitation to a restaurant, crockery, books of CD with music.
The survey was conducted by Russian Centre for Public Opinion and Marcket Research (VCIOM). The figures say 8% of women don't want any present at all.
VCIOM also conducted a search among men. It became known that 42% want to give flowers, 22% - perfumes, 5% do not want to give anything. Besides 9% of women and 8% of men said they were alone and had nobody to give a present to/get from.
"On the whole there is a coincidence in the views of men and women concerning underwear and money - 8% want to get money and will receive them, 5% of women would like to get underwear and 5% of men are willing to give it as a present to their ladies", VCIOM representatives said today.
