Yuri Kozhevnikov, the external manager of closed JSC Bakalskoe Rudoupravlenie, made a decision to call a general meeting of the company creditors. Discussed at the meeting will be the procedure of share sales of the new company Bakalskie Rudniki, an affiliate of Bakalskoe Rudoupravlenie. Most of the funds raised by the sale will be used for repayment of the debt to the creditors of the company, one of the main enterprises of Bakal city.
