The new decree of GTK RF, Finance Ministry and Economy Ministry from January 12, 2000 N 18, 3n, 2 "On Setting the Regulation Standard for a Specialized Customs Office Responsible for Export and Import of Precious Metals and Stones To and From Russian Federation" sets as the main purpose of this office execution of customs regulations and control over precious metal and stone circulation by juridical entities.
