Canadian company Pan American Silver is going to bring an action against the Russian group of companies Kaskol in the US court. Just recently Kaskol publicly announced in the US that the company owns the mining licence on one of the world's largest deposit Dukat (Magadan region). The lawer of Pan American Silver (owner of 70% of Serebro-Dukat shares) Sergey Erokhov claimed that the statement is contrary to fact and damages business reputation of the company.
