A Traditional X International Jewellery Fair JUNWEX - 2002 - "Gemstones of Russia", will take place in "Manezh" central exhibition pavilion, St. Petersburg from February 6 - 10. Around 250 companies will be exhibiting at the event, from 48 cities and 20 regions of Russia as well as jewellers from Turkey, Check Republic, Germany, India and Japan. The Fair is organised by the Jewellers Guild of Russia, The Assay Office of Russian Federation, Russian Diamond Chamber, Russian Association of Diamond Manufacturers and RESTEC Exhibition Company.

According to the Fair's organisers, this Anniversary show will display not only the latest of mass production jewellery, but a true masterpieces of jewellery art. Several events will take place during the Fair, such as a meeting of Jewellers Guild of Russia and National Jewellery Contest "Cultural Recognition of St Petersburg", as well as daily high fashion jewellery demonstrations, and presentations of new brands.
