Federation Council Declined Regulation Permitting to Export Raw Minerals Containing Precious Metals for Refining
Federation Council declined amendments to Article 20 of the Regulation on precious metals and gemstones, allowing to export precious metal containing raw minerals under the order by the President of RF.
The importance of the amendments was caused by the fact that Russia does not have sufficient capacities for processing of several types of raw - silver concentrates first of all, or unprofitable raw processing.
The amendments were declined and the conciliatory committee established.
