Special Meeting of Norilskaya Gornaya Kompaniya Share Holders to Be Hold on February 21
At the meeting of Directors Board of Norilskaya Gornaya Kompaniya on February 15 concerning the registration of account for issuing 122301272 shares it has been decided that special meeting of share holders of the company on Feb.21, Norilsky Nickel press service reports.
Registration of the following account is the final stage of "industrial" emission which served the purpose to achieved the exchange rate of 1 share of Norilsky Nickel / 1 share of "Norilskaya Gornaya Kompaniya" in order to proceed the exchange.
The main point on the agenda will be increase of the authorized capital via new shares emission. This point settled final stage of Norilsk Nickel restructuring will be launched.
