Militarymen to Give Precious Metals
Representative of Ministry of Defence at round table meeting in State Duma dedicated to precious metals circulation problems said that in 2000 100 t of silver, 742 kg of gold and 686 kg of platinoid were extracted from military equipment utilisation. According to him total volumes of precious metals of equipment subject to utilisation is 35 t of gold, 21 t of platinoids (about 10 t of palladium) and 300 t of silver, Interfax reports.
