"Yuzhuralzoloto" Mined over 118 kg of gold in January
In January "Yuzhuralzoloto" mined over 118 kg of gold and processed about 68,000 t of ore ( 2000 result was 58,500 t over the same period). Total volume of production was 23 mln rubles but due to the gold price fall and growth of energy resources cost the profitability was close to nothing. Average salary in January was 2,500 rubles and was distibuted to 80% of the staff. Total number of the staff is 1250 people. Plans for February are to process not less than 70,000 t of ore and extract about 120 kg of gold.
