With a view to increase the coming in of precious metals and stones into the State Fund, the President of Belorussia issued an edict, according to which, the income of natural persons received from the sale of precious metals and stones in any form and condition at the buying-up centers, having special permits from the State Inspection of the Assay supervision are not charged with income tax.

The edict was signed on the 29th of February and came into effect at the moment of its signig.
