The management of JSC "ALROSA" decided yesterday to open a branch in Israel - the largest world center of diamond processing. It was also decided to create a geological enterprise for the search of diamond deposits in Archangelsk region. According to Mr. V. Shtyrov, the president of the company, "the turn of works to the north-west of Russia does not mean that search in Yakutia will decreased even if by 1% ". Besides, the management of the company decided to form a working group, which would monitor and run the scientific research for the exploration of geosearch perspectives on the other territories of Russia and CIS.
