Jewellery manufacturers try to persuade the State Duma to abolish VAT for gold buying from commercial banks.

The deputy chairman of Committee of budget and taxes of the State Duma Sergey Shtogrin, having discussed the issue with jewellery manufacturers, asked them once more to commit to paper all the arguments, attract the Central Bank of Russia, the Ministry of finance, Federal Security Service and the Ministry of taxes to the question consideration. Only after this procedure may the deputies initiate the appropriate documents elaboration.
