The centre of diamonds wholesale will be created in Armenia. According to the head of gemstones and jewellery department of the Ministry of trade and economic development of Armenia Gagik Mkrtchan, this event is very important for the diamonds cut sector development in the region. Mr. Mkrtchan emphasised that the conception of the jewellery sector development formed in 1998 has been accomplished and the country needs new programme.
