Armenian companies have recently signed contracts with Russian diamond monopolist "ALROSA" regarding the purchase of whole volume of Russia's natural diamonds. This was reported to the "ARKA" information agency by Garik Mktrchan, the head of the Jewellery Industry Department of the Ministry of Trade of Armenia. According to Mr. Mtrchan, the major party of diamonds has already been imported to Armenia, and the total cost of contracts will be estimated in the near future.
