In 2002 Russia Is To Provide Armenia 400 000 Carats of Rough Natural Diamonds. This was reported to "ARKA" Information Agency by Garik Mktrchan, the Head Jewellery Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This supply is based on Russian-Armenian Diamond Supply Agreement , which is to be signed in the nearest future and to be active up to the year 2006.
