The representatives of the diamond monopolist "ALROSA" express the opinion that it will help to finish sales negotiations with British company Fleming Family & Partners (FF&P). It is planned that FF&P will finance the project of the Lomonosov diamonds deposit (Archangel region) exploitation ($350 mln) and, probably, will buy a part of the "Severalmaz" Company shares. The "Severalmaz" Company owns the licence for the Lomonosov deposit exploitation.

According to the first vice-president of JSC "ALROSA" F. Andreev, the secret of diamonds resources will be revoked if the State Duma approves the amendments to the law "On the State secret". In this case Russian sector will be invested easier and sooner.
