On Wednesday the company "Polus", the subsidiary of "Norilsk Nickel" Company, announced its plans to become the largest Eurasian gold mining company. In course of five years "Polus" Company intends to enhance production volume four times as much - up to 100 tons. The Company plans to spend $1 bln for new deposits and smaller manufacturers buying.
The chairman of the company's board of directors Valeriy Rudakov shared the aggressive plans of the "Polus" Company during the conference "Gold-2003".
