Till the end of the first quarter of the year the Government may sign the decree on five years quotas for diamonds export granting to the "ALROSA" Company

The size of the export quota for 2003 may amount to $800 mln. It has become possible to grant five years quotas to JSC "ALROSA" according to the decree of the President signed in November 2002.
